Business Analysis & CRM Prototyping

Accounts receivable for a recycling business serving hair salons was slowed by manual data entry, billing delays, limited payment visibility and inefficient follow-ups.

  • Analyzed the AR process end to end and documented each pain point.
  • Prototyped a CRM-based automation solution with a custom front end for customer management, invoice tracking and payment processing.
  • Designed monitoring for collected, overdue, lost and outstanding balances to support cash-flow visibility.
